Custom Embroidered Jackets FAQ
We have no minimum order limits. You are welcome to order a single jacket for yourself or a new team member. However, because individual embroidery runs require dedicated machine setups, a $65 Small Order Processing Fee applies to orders under $400 in merchandise. Once your order merchandise total reaches $400, that fee drops off entirely.
Tip: Jackets naturally add up quickly, so ordering just 3 to 5 premium jackets often clears the $400 threshold on its own!
Embroidery involves stitching thread through fabric with needles, which technically creates microscopic punctures in the embroidered area. However, for everyday rain and damp conditions, you won’t notice a difference. The left-chest area sits high enough on the torso that water rarely pools there. Many of our technical jackets also feature interior zipper access specifically designed so embroidery stitches only go through the outer shell, leaving inner protective linings intact.
The traditional and most popular location is the left chest because it's visible, classic, and looks great zipped up or left open. We also frequently embroider on the right chest, left/right sleeves (great for secondary logos or safety flags), and the back collar/yoke.

Yes! The price you see on every jacket includes your custom embroidery in one location, and your initial logo setup is 100% free. We keep the ordering process as simple as possible for you.
Yes. Before our machines ever touch your jackets, our team sews an actual sample swatch of your logo, photographs it under natural lighting, and emails you a digital photo showing thread colors, stitching detail, and exact measurements. We wait for your final approval before entering production. The only exception to this rule is if you order from our 4-Day Express options, which bypass the photo approval process to speed up your order.
Care instructions vary by jacket fabric and construction so it's best to follow the instructions on the garment’s care label.
